1. Log in as school admin,

2. Go to dashboard>Users

3. Click 'Add Teacher, Add Student or Add Staff'



*What's the difference between 'teacher' and 'staff'?

Teacher = homeroom/classroom teacher
Staff = non-homeroom teacher (specialist/admin) 

Staff can view and comment on all blogs.

Adding a new teacher

1. Complete all the fields

2. The username should be unique and follow your school's protocol for usernames. 


3. You can either generate a random password, or enter one manually.

4. The password will be sent to the teacher via email.

5. Once the teacher has been created, you can assign them to a class through the classes menu from the dashboard. 


Adding a new student.

1. Complete all the fields

2. The username should be unique and follow your school's protocol for usernames. 


3. You do not need to enter an email address.

4. Take a screenshot of the passcode to send to the class teacher. 


5. Save changes.
Adding new staff
