There are number of reasons why you may not be able to sign in.
- Check you have a wifi connection
- Check you have an internet connection by opening another app and trying to load a web page.
- Check you have entered your username correctly
- Check you have entered your password correctly (remember to check for upper and lower case letters)
- If you still can’t sign in, click forgot password and follow the instructions to change it.
- If you still can’t sign in, then send us an email to email@example.com and we’ll try and sort you out.
